Hello people, 

    We have twenty (20) birthdays today:six singers,two musicians,
three actresses,seven models,an ice hockey playert and a television
game show host.Four of the singers were born in New Jersey.Three
of the four Jersey singers were born within 10 miles of each other.
Two are female.Two are Italian-American.Two have been suspected of
being associated with the Mafia.All three had #1 singles on the
US Billboard Hot 100,two had family members who also reached #1 
on the US Billboard Hot 100.The fourth New Jersey singer who also
had a Billboard #1 single was from southern New Jersey just outside
of Philadelphia.Here are the twenty people celebrating birthdays

 1) Born on Sunday,December 12,1915 in Hoboken,New Jersey,USA and died in Los Angeles  on May 14,1998 was one of the greatest singers in the history of popular music.He was to the 1940s,like what Elvis was to the 1950s.He was to the 1940s like what the Beatles were to the 1960s. He was to the 1940s like what Justin Bieber is to the young girls of today.Many girls would throw their panties at this singer when he performed on stage.
   His daughter had a #1 song on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1966.In 1967 he and his
daughter did a duet that spent four (4) weeks at #1 on the US Billboard Hot 100.

 2) Born on Thursday,December 12,1940 ten miles away from Hoboken in East Orange is a singer who has a cousin who had a song that spent 14 weeks at #1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 in the 1990s. Between 1963 and 1998 this singer (not her cousin) had 96 songs that positioned themselves on the Billboard Hot 100.She was at #1 with 3 songs.But she never had a solo number one. In 1974 she went to #1 accompanied by a Detroit R&B group.In 1985 she went to #1 by being  one of the 43 performers of the adhoc group "USA For Africa". Then in 1986 accompanied

 3) Born on Sunday,December 12,1937 in Newark (between East Orange and Hoboken) is
this Italian female singer who was very popular in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
She was good friends with Dick Clark. Her brother (who she was close to) was killed by the Mafia in 1981 and she was raped at a Howard Johnson's Hotel in 1974.She was awarded 2.5 million dollars by a court after she sued Howard Johnson's.
   She had three #1s on the US Billboard Hot 100. Two of them were in the year 1960.One of them had the following lyrics:
