Hello people,
      We have fifteen (15) birthdays and an historical event today.Three singers,
a model,a bandleader,three actors,a lawyer,a film director,an economist,
two actresses and two politicians.
     Let's start with the historical event.

historical event)On Thursday,April 7,1994 the Rwandan genocide began.

1) Born Eleanora Fagan on Wednesday,April 7,1915 in Philadelphia
(Died:July 17,1959 in New York City) was an American jazz musician and
singer-songwriter with a career spanning nearly thirty years.
   Nicknamed "Lady Day" by her friend and music partner Lester Young,she had a
seminal influence on jazz music and pop singing. Her vocal style,strongly inspired
by jazz instrumentalists,pioneered a new way of manipulating phrasing and tempo.She was known for her vocal delivery and improvisational skills,which made up for her limited range and lack of formal music education.
     Much of her material has been rereleased since her death.She is considered a
legendary performer with an ongoing influence on American music.She is the
recipient of four Grammy Awards,all of them posthumous awards for Best Historical
Album.She herself was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1973."Lady Sings
The Blues",a film about her life starring Diana Ross, was released in 1972.

songwriter.She recorded an album that peaked at #1 on the US Billboard 200 in 1975.

songwriter.She has attained several charting singles on the UK Singles Chart,
including one that peaked at #1 for nine (9) weeks in the UK.

4) Also born on Sunday,April 7,1991 but in Dallas,Texas,USA is a model.She's the
Playboy Playmate Of The Month for February 2020.

One spent nine (9) weeks at #1 and another spent ten (10) weeks at #1.One was the song that both Billboard and Cash Box ranked as the #1 song for the entire year of 1953.The other recording was the song that both Billboard and Cash Box ranked as the #1 song for the entire year of 1960.

 6) Born on Saturday,April 7,1928 in Norman,Oklahoma,USA (Died:July 19,20l4 in
Los Angeles) was an actor,producer and voice artist.He starred in several
television series over more than five decades,including such popular roles as Bret
Maverick in the 1950s western "Maverick" and Jim Rockford in "The Rockford Files"
and played leading roles in more than 50 theatrical films,including "The Great Escape" (1963),"Murphy's Romance" (1985),for which he received an Academy Award nomination,"Space Cowboys" (2000) with Clint Eastwood and "The Notebook" (2004).

 7) Born on Wednesday,April 7,1954 in Hong Kong is a martial artist,actor,film
director,producer,stuntman and singer.He is known for his acrobatic fighting style,comic timing,use of improvised weapons and innovative stunts which he typically performs himself,in the cinematic world.He has trained in wushu or kungfu and Hapkido and has been acting since the 1960s,appearing in over 150 films.
   He is one of the most recognizable and influential cinematic personalities in the world,gaining a widespread following in both the Eastern and Western hemispheres and has received stars on the Hong Kong Avenue of Stars and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
    In 2010 he starred with Jaden Smith in "The Karate Kid",a remake of the 1984

     He came to international attention for his role as the Roman General Maximus
Decimus Meridius in the 2000 historical epic film "Gladiator",directed by Ridley
Scott,for which he won an Academy Award for Best Actor,a Broadcast Film Critics

9) Born on Saturday,April 7,1956 in Martinez,California,USA is an American lawyer,
author,actor,lecturer and practicing attorney.He was a 15-year veteran of the
Los Angeles County District Attorney's office,where he was assigned to the
prosecution of a very famous retired NFL football player,a role in which he gained
a great deal of national attention.

10) Born on Friday,April 7,1939 in Detroit is a film director,producer,screenwriter
and film composer.
After making his directorial d??but with "The Rain People" in 1969,he co-wrote
"Patton" (1970),earning the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay along with
Edmund H. North.His reputation as a filmmaker was cemented with the release of

12) Born on Tuesday,April 7,1981 in Chomutov,Czech Republic is a model and an
actress.She was a nominee for the 2008 AVN Award for Best Sex Scene in a
