JUNE 25,2015: GAY MARRIAGE NOW LEGAL IN ALL 50 US STATES IN THE U,S.A.
Hello people,
50 years ago homosexuality was considered a mental illness in the USA.As recent as 30 years ago sodomy was a crime.On Friday the US Supreme Court said gay marriage is now legal in all 50 US states. Some countries like Saudi Arabia,Iran and Australia still have not legalized gay marriage. Australia will probably be on the wrong side of history as long as Tony Abott is Prime Minister.
In reaction to the Supreme Court ruling in the USA,many right-wing religious conservatives have threatened to relocate to Canada.However,they may be in for a surprise.Canada legalized gay marriage over ten (10) years ago.
